Abstract：The extraordinary performance embodied in such aspects as the favorableness for the vegetation and up-growth of regional preponderant industry, the stimulation of sound overall arrangement of productivity, the facilitation of regional market as well as the acceleration of freely productive elements flowage from the regional economic cooperation injected some new vitality into the social and economic development of our country. Regions between China's provincial borders are in possession of abundant tourism resources with vivid characteristics, and are naturally provided with dense aggregation of tourism industry, in which varied contradictions or conflicts are also in existence in the exploitation of tourism resources and the development of travel and tourism industry as a result of particularity of the distribution patterns of tourism resources and rigid restrictions of administrative district border lines as well as the influence of local sub-optimization of interest or profits, which makes the deep-seated cooperation of tourism un-come-at-able, and correspondingly badly tampered with the optimal integration of tourism productivity elements and led to the insufficient exertion of the potentials and advantages of the tourism economy in these regions. On the basis of analyzing the practical characteristics of the contradictions or conflicts of tourism industry and the significance of interregional cooperation such as the benefits and profits derived from congregation, reciprocity and colligation in the regional tourism operation and development and so on, this paper tentatively put forward some appropriate countermeasures for the spatial integration of the tourism industry in the inter-provincial tourist belts in China, including:①the conformity of tourism resources for the formation of predominant tourism products;②joint image-building and promotion of tourism marketing;③harmony of unitary regional tourism planning for the optimization of spatial structure;④perfection of cooperation organization for the accommodation of the contradictions or conflicts of interest allocation, etc.. With the purpose of providing some corresponding theoretical references for the optimization of regional economic relationship as well as the regulation system of the tourism industry, we could ultimately achieve the goal of sustainable and benign development of tourism industry in the regions between China's provincial borders.
